Job Description
-- Would be responsible for generating leads and cold calling.
-- Market to prospective clients through outgoing telephone calls and emails.
-- Educate buyers about our services to generate interest.
-- Develop and manage accounts on an ongoing basis.
-- Interaction with key decision makers and engage in proactive Communication to build loyalty with your accounts.
-- Provide client feedback to the Recruitment Team on submittals or any new developments from the client end.
Desired Candidate Profile
-- Over 2 years experience with an international BPO / KPO in international sales.
-- Self motivated and target driven individuals who are actively involved in sales.
-- Experience in Business Development in selling services (staffing) will be preferred.
-- Continuous client interaction for sales with overseas market.
-- Implementing sales strategy, lead generation, cold calling.
-- Handling final sales closure
-- Strong written & verbal English language skills with a neutral accent
-- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills are required.
