PROJECT :

I have done a project on embedded systems and my project name is “HIGHWAY SPEED SENSING AND AUTOMATIC BREAKING CONTROL”.
The main aim of my project is to sense the speed of the vehicle and controls the speed of the vehicle. The working of project is, RFID tags are placed on the roads. When the vehicle is moving on the highway road whenever the vehicle encounters the first tag, this tag consists of chip and antenna, antenna transmits the data to the RFID reader.
Reader can receives the data and given to the ARM micro-controller. Here it compares the received tag number with database. If it matches means, then micro-controller sends on and off pulses to the motor driver. This motor driver can controls the speed of the vehicle within the zone.
Whenever the second tag was encountered, it transmits the data to the reader. Then reader receives and sends to the controller. It compares it. If it is matched means, it sends unequal on and off pulses to the motor driver. This motor driver can drive the vehicle as usual speed.
By using this “Highway speed sensing and automatic breaking system” we can control the speed of the vehicle and reduce the occurrence of accidents. And we may save many precious lives.
