Position Title : Treasury Relationship Manager - Guwahati Circle Responsibilities :
Achievement of business targets allocated to the branch on various parameters for treasury products.
Achievement of cross selling products.
Broadbasing clientele and deepening of existing relationship.
Maintaining satisfactory professional relationship with the Circle Head and co-ordinating with the Circle Officer.
Liaisoning with other business departments for facilitating forex business.
Co-ordinate with Trade Finance Centre (TFC) for forex transactions and adherence to RBI/FEMA guidelines and internal procedures.
Keep abreast of the recent developments in the business environment particularly in relation to the latest guidelines on trade finance. Requirements :
Graduate/Post graduate.
Preference will be given to those holding MBA/professional qualifications specially if in forex/international trade.
Should have atleast 1-4 years of banking experience.
Ideally a person who has been in branch banking and preferably having knowledge of international trade finance.
Applicants should have flexibility to work across different locations in North East.
Position Title : Asset Relationship Manager - Guwahati Circle Responsibilities :
- Achievement of Retail Assets targets of branch / branches attached to them.
- Tapping the existing branch customers for their Retail Assets requirements and taking special care of the HNI client / - Priority Customer or any top official / Key person of any good corporate having relationship with the branch.
- Accompanying the Salary Accounts Team for campaign in the corporates having salary account with the branch and wherever possible having tie ups with Corporates for Retail Assets.
- Ensuring leads are entered in Telesmart (Leads management System) and tracking conversion thereof.
- Monitoring lead to login TAT through Leads management System.
- Coordinating with the Retail Assets Centers till the disbursement of the loan.
- Enhance visibility of Retail Assets products at branches.
- Designing contest and marketing activities for branches in order to push sales of Retail Assets through branches. Requirements :
- Candidate should be a Graduate, however candidates with Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Business Administration Or MBA and a specilisation in Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc will be preferred.
- Candidate should have a min. of 1 year of relevant sales experience. Experience in sales of Retail assets and Banking/Finance products will be preferred.
