Associate - Check Scanning and Correspondence Processing.
Responsibilities:
Confirm the validity of the unique identifier provided on the image against information available in Collection application. Review the scanned image (Correspondence/Check) and categorize the image according to the attributes available / provided. Take appropriate action based on the need of the Correspondence/Check. Good English, communication skills. Meticulous and observant.
Key Result Areas:
Identify and categorize a minimum of 200 scanned Correspondence/Checks on a daily basis.
Quality to be maintained at 99.9%
Efficiency to be maintained at 100%
