Aditya Birla World Academy Scholarship Programme

The Aditya Birla World Academy Scholarship Programme aims to enable all-round brilliant students to get access to high quality international education by providing financial aid.
This scholarship programme is extended only to students seeking admission into Grade 11 (IBDP).

SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS
The scholarship will be provided for a period of 2 years and will cover all or part of the following:
Tuition fee
Admission fee
Books and uniforms
Other administrative fees

The decision to grant the scholarship and the amount of scholarship given would depend on:
The financial need of the student’s family
The academic and extra-curricular record of the student

ELIGIBILITY
Students applying for Grade 11 (IBDP) are eligible for this scholarship programme.
This also includes the existing Grade 10 students currently studying at Aditya Birla World Academy.

NOTE
The information provided in the SAF will carry significant weightage in the selection process and therefore providing false information may result in one or more of the following:
Rustication from the school.
Cancellation of admission.
Disqualification for award of any future loan / scholarships.
Recovery of the scholarship amount and or a penalty to total scholarship amount.
Initiation of criminal proceedings.

19th Dec, 2011 Last date for issue of “Application for Admission” and "ABWA Scholarship Programme Application Form" (SAF)
28th Dec, 2011 Last date for submission of completed “Application for Admission” and “ABWA Scholarship Programme Application Form” (SAF) (both forms have to be submitted together)
23rd Jan, 2012 Interaction with Scholarship Committee
30th Jan, 2012 Interaction with Scholarship Committee and Trustees
9th Feb, 2012 Announcement of Scholarship Decision
