We are commencing ICICI Bank Probationary Officer Recruitment for May 2012 Batch. Aptitude Test & Interview is likely to be conducted across India in January /February 2012.

Probationary Officer Recruitment is an initiative by ICICI Bank to attract bright graduate students to pursue a career in banking. It is designed to develop specialists with banking knowledge and skills to partially fulfill the need for trained bankers.

Those selected will undergo a one year intensive residential classroom training and internship. During the training, a stipend will be given to Probationary Officers to meet out of pocket expenses. On successful completion of the training they will be absorbed as Assistant Manager-Band I.

Eligibility Criteria :
* Completed graduation with 55% (Aggregate) in any discipline.
* Up to 25 years of age as on May 01, 2012 (should have been born on or after May 01, 1987).

Last date of registration December 30, 2011.

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process.

1. What is the objective of ICICI Bank Probationary Officer recruitment drive?
It is an initiative by ICICI Bank to attract bright graduate students to pursue a career in banking. It is an attempt to create specialist graduate students with banking knowledge and skills.

Who can apply?
· Completed graduation with 55% (Aggregate) in any discipline.
· Up to 25 years of age as on May 1, 2012 (should have been born on or after May 1, 1987)
Only short-listed applicants will be invited for the selection process.

When is the selection process being held?
The Aptitude Test is likely to be held in January 2012 followed by Group Discussions/Interviews in February 2012 for the applicants who clear the Aptitude Test.

Would I be required to pay any other amount?
Yes. If you are selected for the ICICI Bank Probationary Officer you would be required to Deposit Rs. 5,000/- Admission Security Deposit into ICICI Bank Account before giving acceptance for the Invitation Letter for the Probationary officer Training. The procedure for this will be explained in your Invitation Letter. This amount will berefunded to you on completion of 90 days training at the Academy. However, if you do not join the training after confirmation or leave the training within 90 days of joining, this amount will be forfeited.

I already applied for the ICICI PO recruitment. Till now I didn't get any information from there. What should I do?

I applied for ICICI for the PO process in the month of August and I got the admit card however the concern is I got the admit card of Ahmedabad on your website it was mention, if you do not find any slot in location then select the alternate location. So I select Ahmedabad location and i have not written the Po online Exam becauseIi lived in Hyderabad. So I request you to make me available the slot in Hyderabad.

Since long while going through the terms & conditions of PO recruitment-2012, it is learnt that recruited students will be awarded PGDM against payment of Rs. 3.35 lacs. I wish to know that whether this amount is fee only for PGDM or boarding & lodging is included.

Further, it is not clarify that what would be gross salary after successful completion of 9 months training & 3 months internship. Somewhere, it is written more than 4 lacs p.a. May I know the actual pay like 4.1, 4.2 or more than this that should be clearly mentioned if it is not linked with training based performance. Kindly clarify.
