SCHEME OF MERIT-CUM-MEANS BASED SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS BELONGING TO THE MINORITY COMMUNITIES

Online applications are invited from the students belonging to Minority Communities (Muslim, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsies) pursuing TECHNICAL OR PROFESSIONAL COURSES at Under Graduate/ Post Graduate level in an institution recognized by appropriate authority, for Merit-cum-Means Based Scholarship under the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India for the financial year 2011-12 (FRESH/ RENEWAL).

INSTRUCTION TO THE STUDENTS
1) Students have to apply through the website by clicking “Student Registration” Tab on the Home Page of the website.
2) Before submitting their application, students have to follow all the instructions and procedures given in the website.
3) Applicants should not have less than 50% marks in their previous exam.
4) Annual income of the parent/ guardian should not be more than ` 2.5 lakh.
5) The last date of submission of online application for FRESH Scholarship is midnight of 10th September 2011.
6) For RENEWAL, the last date of submission of online application is midnight of 31st December, 2011
7) After successful submission of application, applicant will get an ID no. for future reference through their E-Mail ID/ SMS alerts in their mobile no.
8) Applicant have to submit the printout of online application (duly signed) to the respective institute along with requisite enclosures for further process.
9) Following documents/ Certificates are required to be submitted :-
a) Attested certificate of educational qualification.
b) Income declaration : Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10 or Income Certificate from competent authority/ employer.
c) Declaration of Minority Community and permanent residence on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10 or certificates from competent authority.
10) Students are requested to get their UID no. made from the concerned district and make its entry in the application form.
11) Direct submission of form to the Corporation is not allowed.

INSTRUCTION TO THE INSTITUTES
In case of non availability of name of the institute in the website/ non-receipt of User ID and Password, the institutes are requested to contact the undersigned with the details of the institution along with E-Mail ID and Mobile no. of Principal and Office both separately. After getting the information User ID and Password can be allotted.
To avoid delay in scrutiny process, institutes with User ID and Password are requested to fill their details on the website at the earliest.
After receipt of hard copy of application along with enclosures, institutes are requested to scrutinize the same and forwarded it to

Last year I have applied for post metric scholarship. But my name is in the rejected form list . REMARK cause is: AFFIDAVIT AND ORIGINAL INCOME NOT SUBMITTED, CASTE AND RESIDENTIAL CERTIFICATE NOT ATTESTED. I want to register my complain today since 20th September is last date. Will I send certificate again. Please help me to resister.
