    Not replacement of filter /candle of water filter

    Respected Sir,
    This is to inform you that I have one Compact water Filter which is now under your AMC, Today your representative told me that your filter / candle won't replace as because already two times replacement is over. But at the 2nd time replacement your representative told me that this was free campaign and this replacement do not include your amc. Your representative pressure me to replace the same within a short interval of 1st replacement ( without our any request or cmplain of replacement). Now my AMC will over on 19-06-2012 and the water is not filtered properly ( Dirty & Salty) so I request to replace the Filter/ Candle. Now it is upto you. Your Co-operation is highly solicited.
