Financial Inclusion Group
Head - Partnerships & Products Job Description :
* Responsible for all new assets, insurance, pension & investment products that will be launched for non agri customers under financial inclusion.
* Managing all the Business Correspondent Relationships for financial inclusion business of the bank.
* Managing the products and the product team for financial inclusion.
Cluster Head
* Overall responsibility of achieving given targets to the cluster as well as to the individual branches under his command.
* Monitoring, management of NPAs & Overdue accounts.
* Drive income from cross selling like Insurance & Other Financial Services.
Business Development Officer / Loan Officer
* Backup to the Cluster Head.
* Credit analysis.
* Growth and maintenance of asset quality.
* Online credit support to branches.
Branch Manager
* Overall responsibility of achieving given targets to the branch.
* Monitoring, management of NPAs & Overdue accounts.
* Drive income from cross selling like Insurance & Other Financial Services.
* Branch Manager to ensure good ratings of his / her branch in audit.
Risk Management
Credit Risk Manager
* Risk management and control of the loan portfolio under financial inclusion vertical.
* Ensure quality of the assets to avoid quick mortalities, to assess the risks in case of deviation from approved
products and all proposals above `10.00 lakhs.
* Ensure NPA position less than 2% (Gross NPA) by visiting 5% of the sample of below `10 lakhs and
100% above `10 lakhs.
* Regular inspection of asset book.
* Mitigating of risk by ring fencing in irregular accounts.
Officer - Assets Products
* Well versed with Assets Products & Business Operations and Process.
* Working knowledge / Hands-on the systems associated with the said Products / Business.
* Knowledge about the competition / best market practices.
* System knowledge to cover the Front-end Process, Mapping the Operations and workflow, GL accounting etc.
Commercial Banking
Senior Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking (Delhi / Mumbai)
* Primary contact of the Bank at the client level and work towards asset, liability, treasury and cross-sell targets set by the Bank.
* Would act in co-ordination with Branch officials for new customer acquisition and deepening of existing relationships.
* 7-10 year's work experience in SME / Business Banking areas.
* The targets are across revenue / top line streams from identified client segment. (Assets level & quality, fee, liability and third party products).
* Experience in writing credit proposals.
Finance
Head - Management Reporting Job Description :
* Prepare Bank wide financial budgets & forecasts.
* Preparing & disseminating MIS on financial performance versus budgets.
* Manage Transfer Pricing Policy.
* Assist the CFO in various initiatives.
