Description : The Web Design Lead’s role is to a take care implementation of all the design related things. The person who can visualize and create the same.

Responsibilities :
** Will be taking care of design related projects
** Will work in close co-ordination with Project Manager
** Timely delivery of all design projects

Position Requirements :
Knowledge & Experience :
** Demonstrated ability to put the visualizations on the web.
** 3 to 5 years experience in web designing
** Hands on knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, PHP, JavaScript and other designing languages
** Creates well designed, reusable objects.
** Understands browser specific compatibility issues.
** Understands the benefits of the various design methodologies and object oriented environments.
