    EMMVEE is a developer and manufacturer of high performance solar thermal systems as well as mono-and polycrystalline PV modules and systems in Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of India. EMMVEE was founded in 1992 and has reached a turnover of 110 Mio USD in the last financial year 2010/11. Today our 650 well trained and highly motivated employees all over the world with a strong presence on the Indian and European Markets are working in the segments of photovoltaic, solar thermal systems and glass production. Seriousness, service and customer orientation are our strengths in the market. Weare a highlymotivatedand flexible team in India, Germany, Italy, France, UK and Singapore.
    For our further global expansion, we are looking for Sales Manager for Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Indonesia and other south Asian countries to handle start-up business and enter the new markets
    The national sales role will manage business development in terms of generating more sales and closing more opportunities within the solar industry.

    Main responsibilities :
    1) Develop and deliver the strategy for the PV sales
    2) Identify and develop new customers in line with the channel and marketing strategy
    3) Establish close relationships with customers
    4) Generate sales and build up market presence
    5) Contribute to the design and development of the company’s sales plan in Australia
    6) Understandclient’stechnical, financial, logistic and marketing needs
    7) Work on the annual plans with customers and monitorperformance
    8) Negotiate and followup contracts
    9) Provide market, competitor, customer intelligence and relevant industry trends
    10) Participateto national exhibitionsandconferences

    Requirements :
    1) Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering discipline
    2) Minimum 2-3 years field sales experience
    3) Experience in managing key accounts in dynamic industries where rapid changes in market conditions are common, preferably with experience in the Photovoltaic sector
    4) Good technical background knowledge of PV on grid/ off grid systems and BOS system is preferred
    5) Willingness totravel
    6) Based in the country or in Bangalore
    7) Strong negotiating and communication skills
    8) Self-motivated, independent and result-oriented person
    9) Proactive in solving problems, open to customers
    10) Good knowledge on all MS-Office and SAP/CRM
