Job Description
This Process Associate - II position is to ensure that the data entry process is done daily at CCI, with maximum accuracy & on time. This person will work with the ITES Lead and will act as a backup for the ITES Lead in his absence.
Required Skills
1. To perform Data Entry Operations accurately & on time.
2. Document all transactions completed in a day, collect metrics from other associates & provide collated daily reports to the team lead.
3. Make significant contribution towards collecting metrics on processes and identifying data points in the process which can be monitored for process improvements.
4. Perform quality check analysis of the transactions done by the other process associates.
5. Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.
6. Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals. 7. Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions and concerns swiftly
Required Experience
1. Should have good knowledge of computers.
2. Should have excellent typing skills.
3. Should have good spoken & written communication skills.
4. Should have good knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook.
5. Should have good analytical & observation skills.
6. Should be good in documentation & in collecting transaction metrics and preparing reports.

Essential Job Functions
** Lead the Testing team and allocate resources to projects based on testing requirements
** Work with project management, project lead, and the testing team in prioritizing test cases
** Develop and implement test plans
** Understand requirements during the requirements analysis phase of projects
** Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts based on requirements
** Design, develop, execute, and maintain regression and user interface automated test suites based on requirements
** Review and refine test cases
** Perform regression testing, system testing, black box functional testing, client UI testing, ad hoc testing, backend (database) testing, and compliance checking against processes
** Record defects in the defect tracking system
** Escalate issues in the application to the development team
** Assist the team in creating reports to communicate results of the testing activities
** Conduct test data analysis and identify improvement opportunities
** Attend project and team meetings
** Maintain latest technical/functional/managerial skills (as appropriate) required based on the company’s technical strategies
** Follow the company’s policies and processes
Required Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
** Experience of leading a team of software test engineers or developers
** Experience with Issue/Defect tracking tools
** Ability to work on multiple deliveries concurrently
** Understanding of the traditional Software Development Life Cycle and testing methodologies
** Understanding of relational databases and SQL; experience with querying Informix and SQL Server a plus
** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** Ability to learn complex software applications quickly
** Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
** Creative, self-motivated and a detail-oriented personality with a passion for quality
** Should be a good team player
** Formal training or certification in software testing a plus
