Qualification:- Graduation in any Stream
Skills :-
» Deep knowledge about IT product & Solutions.
» 1-3 Yrs experience in selling IT Products & Solutions
» Good command over English & Hindi
» Strong Presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:-
» Selling software as well as hardware product & Solutions to the defined,customer set
» Creating & Executing a business plan to ensure product's revenue goals are achieved.
» Drive customer satisfaction for your product & Solutions
» Understand strengths relative to competition and effectively communicate those strengths to customer in a positive manner

(2) Technical Specialist:-
Qualification:- Graduation in any Stream/Minimum H.S.C passed
Skills :-
» Good Understanding of IT products & Solutions
» 1-4 Yrs Experience in deploying IT Products& Solutions
» Microsoft Certification in one or more Microsoft Products / Technology
» Basic concept in Networking
Responsibilities:-
» Designing installation & deployment of Technology Solutions by providing day-to-day technical support and administration of the technology infrastructure
» Administration & Maintenance of products like MS Exchange Server, Window server, and SQL Server etc.
» Develop process and technical documentation
» Help customer to understand the value of Technologies

(3) Inside Sales Executive/ Back Office Executive :-
Qualification:- Graduation in any Stream
Skills :-
» Having experience in conducting sales cold calls & customer service in the software industry,along with Excellent interpersonal and soft skills
» Excellent communication skills- written and oral,phone and e-mail.Good presentation is added advantage
» Proficient in Microsoft Office suite,especially Outlook, Excel,Word & PPT
» Ability to work under pressure of quota & to adopt to a rapidly changing business environment
Responsibilities:-
» Conduct cold calls and follow-up callsto prospects
» Generate qualified sales opportunities, Identifying key decision makers within target organization
» Build & maintain a solid relationship with prospects, Also educating prospects on new releases, products and upcoming events
» Provide sales support to regional sales manager,also achive monthly quarterly and yearly pipeline and yearly pipline and forecast goals and defined objectives.
