Role Objective :
• To execute fabrication activities in synchronization with production plan
• To ensure optimization of resources, thereby reducing production downtime, leading to reduction of
manufacturing lead time
Responsibilities :
• Executes metal cutting and welding operation as per the design and ensures reduction of throughput time
and grinding time
• Executes and monitors fabrication operation as per technical specification while conforming to ISO
standards by proper understanding of functionalities of machines
• Monitors daily production status and divide jobs into tasks to meet 100% adherence to schedule
• Identifies and procures tools tackles instruments, fixtures for better repeatability and quick job
achievement
• Executes inspection methods, procedures and instructions in relation to fabrication operation and confers
that to departmental supervisors
• Ensures optimum machine utilisation and proper usage of manufacturing engineering components (jigs &
Fixtures, rotator etc.)
• Ensures proper action (Corrective Action /Preventive Action) on customers complain
• Ensures reduction of repair or rework by Cause Effect / fish bone diagram.
• Reviews documents such as production schedules and staffing tables to determine personnel and
materials requirements and material priorities.
• Maintains good housekeeping to avoid accident and ensuring cleanliness.

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in related
