Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Location: Mumbai

Job Description
Work on customization of existing products to suit customer requirement.
- DFM & DFMEA review of new platform products designed in Swiss / USA.- Handle enquiries from Application Engg
- Support Operations for value analysis, cost reduction, customer complaints, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience in designing of components, sub-asslys & asslys based on customer / internal inputs.
Hands on experience in carrying out design changes based on customer requirements.
Hands on experience in PRO-E modeling as well as AutoCAD.
Good understanding & application of geometric tolerances, fits & tolerance analysis.
Hand on experience on DFMEA & DFM.
Knowledge on processes / manufacturing of rotary components / equipments like shafts, housing, covers etc.
Exposure to development phase (validation, interaction with suppliers, prototypes, pilot batch, etc).
o Experience in a MNC environment (Ability to deal independently with operations, design engg / application engg outside India, ability to deliver under pressures with minimum supervision)
o Industry background of rotary equipment industries like motors, pumps, blowers, fans, compressors, engines etc.
o Exposure to ERP like Oracle/SAP
