Job description:
Customer Care Associate would be providing assistance to the customer over the phone for any issues/queries related to Insurance and booking the policy.

Functional Area:
Sales & Customer Service.

Requirements:
** Experience in General Insurance / Life Insurance.
** Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently.
** Should have a minimum qualification of a graduate or on the verge of
** completion (Graduation with insurance background preferable).
** Should have basic knowledge of computer.
** Should be open to working in shifts.
** Should be open to challenges and hardworking.
