Software Developer Engineer
Job Summary
** Learn and adapt applicable
** Demonstrates good understanding of the product
** Develops in depth knowledge in certain components of the product
** Understand and analyze business requirements and designs
** Assists with technical design
** Develops software components independently
** Develops and executes Unit Tests
** Follows standard process
** Identifies and resolve software bugs

** Tests and integrates with other development tasks

** Reporting of all activities to the reporting managers
** Proactively seek or provide assistance as required
Minimum Requirements / Experience
** Between 5 - 8 years of strong knowledge and experience in Java / J2EE
development. Hands on, real
Servlets, Struts or similar framework (i.e. spring, Hibernate, etc.), EJB and JDBC.
** Skills working on both application front en
** Good understanding of object oriented design, and basic knowledge of frameworks
** Good experience in Oracle, MySQL and any other RDBMS. Need to have SQL,
PL/SQL experience.
** Bonus points for client side development experience usin
and AJAX.
** Exposure to XML, and Web Services.
** Ability to understand and work with new frameworks and languages.
** Strong analytical skills and resourceful in issue resolution
** Experience contributing to automated test suite by writing
Understand user requirements, develop java code and conduct code review.
** Experience with SCRUM methodology or extreme programming is a great plus
** Good COMMUNICATION skills.
