AVP – Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
** Define and execute recruitment strategy for meeting manpower planning for NetAmbit.
** Coordinate with Regional HR Representatives and Business Heads for Manpower planning
** Identifying talent pools & sourcing high quality resources using multiple channels – Internal sourcing teams, job portals, newspaper advertisements, vendors, campus recruitments, employee references etc.
** Provide external marketplace intelligence/industry trend analyses, monitor competitors and device effective recruitment strategies
** Understanding, Recommending & Implementing Process Improvements in the Talent Acquisition Process
** Effectively manage large recruitment team spread across regions

Desired Profile
** Strong understanding of recruitment/ Sourcing tools & Strategies.
** Graduate in any discipline with MBA from Premier Business School
** 5 to 9 years of experience with reputed organizations in Financial, IT, ITES or Telecom

Process Trainer - Insurance
Responsibilities
** Independently managing a training batch of 15-20 (TSO’s/Cadre/TC/TL)
** Delivering process training in stipulated time efficiently
** Needs to ensure production certification for the entire batch.
** Good at objection handling/pitch
** Should have a thorough understanding on insurance industry.
** To ensure trainees perform well on OJT and Operation
** Should have focus on sales targets and delivery
** Good presentation skills and should be able to use different tools
** Should be innovative and willing to try out new things
