RESPONSIBLITIES:
The incumbent should have at least 3 years of software development experience with
• A strong experience in Microsoft.net Platform
• Experience with Web2.0 applications.
• Bug fix and maintain new and existing applications
• Produce well structured and well documented code.
• Deliver task assign within agreed deadlines.
• Microsoft certification preferable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills
Detail Technical Proficiency:
• Operating Systems: Windows. Linux. • Web Server: IIS5.0, Apache Http Server. • Scripting Languages: HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP2.0 and PHP. • Database: MS SQL, My SQL, Oracle 8i, Access. • Tools: Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Flash.

2. Client Relation Manager
QUALIFICATION: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
EXPERIENCE: Between 2 and 3 Year
RESPONSIBLITIES: The incumbent would be a graduate / post graduate / MBA with 2-3 years of experience in sales of financial products such as Equity broking, MF and IPO’s to HNIs and retail clients. He should be a targeted oriented personality with fire in the belly attitude. Should have good product / industry information. Would be expected to service the investment needs of clientele based on research inputs and his client management skills. He would be required to remain updated on new investment ideas. He will primarily be responsible for setting up of the branch office, stabilizing the operations, achievement of aggressive sales targets and revenue generation and debtor’s management for the business. He would be responsible for retaining, maintaining and nurturing existing relationships by providing them exceptional standards of servicing and thereby achieving targeted growth and service norms.
