    Job Description
    1. Customer service Delivery interface for Retail Operations across the telecom chain outlets, Reliance Mobile stores.
    2.Integrate and implement with IS/IT ,CSD ,Collection Teams to build store level performances metrics
    3. Retail Score card tracker
    4.Monthly audit of Retail Operations
    5.Interface with NIS/Reliance BPO to ensure training delivery across all through
    -Content Aggregation
    -Product & Sales Training
    -Process and system training
    -Soft Skills.
    6. Define & manage customer experiences at retail store touch point.
    7. Implement Store Operation manuals and guidelines and periodical audits.
    8..Interface with IMSG for IT deliverables for Retail on h/w and s/w.
    9. Responsible for both GSM and CDMA business.

    Desired Profile
    Candidate should know the working style of Retail Stores/outlets. Should be able to maintain Customer Satisfaction Score and give necessary training to the outlet staff members and retail sales staff
