Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION

Lead business improvement efforts using Six Sigma methodologies.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaches team members working on Green Belt projects

Works closely with Target India leaders to create a Six Sigma project pipeline aligned with business objectives

Lead and facilitate process improvement teams to deliver results for assigned area of responsibility

Participate in business improvement initiatives that are too large in scope for Green Belts

Assists assigned area to develop and maintain process measurements and controls to monitor current processes

Collaborates with the Minneapolis 6Sigma team to share best practices and maximize Six Sigma understanding

Maintains accurate metrics to evaluate the 6Sigma@Target program


Desired Candidate Profile
JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

6 yrs+ total work experience with a minimum of 4 years should in Quality / 6SIGMA.

GB / BB certified or BB trained.

Experience using of control charts.

Has conducted 6SIGMA training programs.

Influencing and collaborative skills and the ability to work with all levels in the organization.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

Experience with BPO / KPO.

Understanding of finance and supply chain process.

GB project mentoring experience.

Experience of working in multi-location environment especially with teams based in the United States

Basic understanding of the United States retail industry
