Education Level (10th [Grade] + 12th [Grade/PUC] + 3yrs [Degree] + 2yrs [Masters] + [PhD. Dr] Level).
Skill set (Call Center [Agent, TL, QC, Manager etc], IT [Developer, QC, Lead, etc.]) and Experience (Total Yrs).
Every employee has to pass four common interview rounds:
(Oral [one on one and group], Psychometric test, written and online, etc) and three rounds (SME round, Proof of Talent and COO round) of interviews in the specific area the candidate has applied for. This format may be changed from time to time, but seven (7) rounds of interviews are compulsory for all candidates applying for a job at Exsodel, except for those under the categories below, will have two (2)common interview rounds and two (2) skill set interviewing rounds.
We are keen to bring in more projects which can utilize candidates who are disabled, semi or uneducated. We have a heart for:

Individuals who have dropped out of school, or just completed their 10th or 12th grade. Such individuals who have not been able to receive a complete minimum education (10th [Grade] + 12th [Grade/PUC] + 3yrs [Degree] Level), but have be trained or inherit professional skills.
