Registrations open for International Art Festival from Sri Sumukhi Rajasekharan Memorial Foundation

Greetings!
On behalf of Sri Sumukhi Rajasekaran Memorial Foundation, we are delighted to extend this invitation for your participation in the 6th International Art Festival, 2012. The event, which will be held from Jan 16th to Jan 22nd at Narada Gana Sabha - Mini Hall, in Chennai, aims to attract talented artists from India and abroad (All age groups), specializing in Indian classical dance, music & instrument. The event will provide them with an opportunity to showcase their skills during the hugely popular music season in Chennai.

The event promises an intellectual and spiritual experience for the participants and spectators. All of these will happen in the temperate and cool Chennai climate during the mid January. To attract participants from the large Indian diaspora, a free platform would be provided to talented artists. Travel, stay & miscellaneous expenses will have to be borne by the participants.

Any Indian Classical Dance, Music – Vocal & Instruments

Dates : 16th to 22nd January, 2012. (Evenings from 5.30pm)

Narada Gana Sabha - Mini Hall,
T.T.K. Road, Alwarpet, Chennai - 18.

Last date for submission of Applications will be Nov. 30, 2011. One hour Free Slots will be allotted to talented artists after review of their past performances by a panel of experts. *(Conditions Apply). Travel, stay & miscellaneous expenses will be borne by the participants.

For Dance, Solo / Duet / Group – Max. 8 Numbers. Cassette, CD preferred. (Live Orchestra at your expense).
