Lotus Notes Administrator with 2 to 6 years experience
Have very good skills in planning and implementing Domino infrastructure. Be able to follow industry standards for rollout, upgrade, integration and maintenance of Domino infrastructure
Exposure or experience on Lotus Brand products like Sametime, Quickr, Connections and Portal is a plus
Have a learning and contributing orientation

Duties and Accountabilities:
Plan and implement rollouts of Domino platform for applications and email
Plan and implement upgrades of Domino platform for applications and email
Monitor and troubleshoot issues on Domino Platform
Maintain integrated collaboration box containing Lotus domino, Lotus Quickr, Lotus Sametime and Lotus Connections

Summary of Major Accountabilities:
Under supervision of manager,
Provide pre-sales support for discussing roll out requirements of Lotus Domino, Architecture and upgrade requirements
Provide planning, implementation of the roll outs and upgrades
Ensure that the collaboration environment consisting of Lotus Domino, Lotus Sametime and Connections is stable and issues are monitored and fixed
Perform pilot planning, test and roll out of Domino architecture
Integration with other technology like Blackberry, Websphere Portal, Lotus Traveler

Technical Skills Requirement:
Administration skill sets:
Lotus Notes Platform
Server Administration, Clustering, Replication concepts, for Domino R7/8/8.5
Knowledge of Lotus Quickr, Connections is highly desirable

Selection Criteria/Skills Requirements:
High-level of motivation and interest in Lotus Notes R/7/8 administration
Proven experience in roll out and administering Lotus Domino platform
Experience integrating Domino with other technologies highly desirable
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
