Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Portfolio of self started projects
Passion for puzzles
Familiarity with Linux
Knowledge about webservers, mysql, shell scripts, version control systems (git prefered)
Experience with web technologies like PHP, Python, RoR, JavaScript, CSS
Be a Quick learner
