Job Description
The position is responsible for the acquisition of salary accounts of employees from the Corporates, PSU's, Central Govt and large MNC segments. The job requires directly selling WM products by approaching Corporate customers in the assigned city in order to achieve the requisite goals and also cross- selling and referring the asset products of the Bank. The key products for which the sales have to be managed are as follows :

Corporate Salary Accounts - Savings
Deposit Accounts/ SIP
Cross Refer- Asset Products, Health Shield and Life Insurance
Priority Customers Sign Up
Desired Candidate Profile
'Meet Managing Directors, Finance and HR Heads of Corporates / PSUs/ Govt Bodies and MNCs and convince them to open the salary accounts of their employees with the Bank.
'Signup new corporate for employee salary account, as per the value and signup Grid.
'Ensure smooth onboarding of all customers, in terms of account opening, deliverables and services
'Ensure timely salary credit for all accounts opened with company, by liaisoning with Payroll and HR.
'Cross sell / refer all Wealth Management products to the employees, as specified in target sheets.
'Work closely with the Product Manager to assist in joint marketing initiatives and promotions for new acquisition of customers in the corporate segments.
'Work closely with the Service delivery teams to ensure excellent service to the Corporate/PSU/MNC
'Participate in Performance Bonus Plan and sales contests. Aware of monthly targets, ratings and Bonus
'Derive insights to Competitor Sales activities and effectively counter the efforts.
'Continuously provide feedback to the Sales/ Regional Manager of the acceptance of the products in the market and suggested changes that could provide impetus to the sales efforts.
'Achieve the maximum share of wallet of each employee in the Corporate.
'Ensure timely account opening, negligible rejects and No Mis selling
'Aware of OR framework, processes and all aspects of KYC, MIS selling, AML.
