Job Profile :
1) Techno-commercial review of contract, Understand project scope, Clarify terms and conditions.
2) Project Planning , Execution , Monitoring and control:- Prepare detailed implementation schedule, co-ordinate with internal departments. Monitor and Review the progress of the project.
3) Co-ordination with engineering for layouts & design specification finalization, with purchase for raising RFQ , negotiation, follow up for manufacturing / procurement , quality , stores .
4) Raising invoices, preparation of invoicing & cash flow plan , follow up with customer on the payments as per schedule.
5) Site Management: Supporting Site Management, Ensuring all activities of dispatch of items to site, co-coordinating with internal departments, vendors and customer, assist in trouble shooting at site.
6) Project hand-over & Contract closure:- Co-ordinate all activities related to site closure, co-ordinate with customer to close open points.
