BSEDC NEEDS ENGINEERING PROFESSIONALS FOR IT & e-GOVERNANCE PROJECTS

BSEDC Limited, also known as BELTRON, a State Designated Agency for IT & e-Governance Projects requires 08 Engineers on contract having minimum one year experience for Projects of IT, e-Governance and one Civil Engineer on contract basis having minimum one year relevant work experience. The requirement is given below:

Post : Engineer Trainee
Number of Vacancies : 08
QUALIFICATION : Full time B.E/B.Tech in electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/ IT/Computer discipline or MCA with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from recognized Institute/ University on full time basis

Post : Engineer Trainee (Civil)
Number of Vacancies : 01
QUALIFICATION : Full time B.E/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in civil discipline with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from recognized Institute/University for Post-2 (on full time basis).

WORK EXPERIENCE :
a) Minimum 1 Year experience in IT/e-Governance projects.
b) Day to day program management support and issue tracking.
c) Exposure in MS Office, MS Project, PERT-CPM and other Program management Tools.
d) Exposure of working in a big corporate set up is desirable.
e) Preparation of reports/note etc.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :

Shortlisted candidates will be called for an online examination on 17/12/2011. Candidates who successfully pass the online examination and score equal or above 50%( 45% in case of SC candidates) marks will be called for interview on 19/12/2011. This was my last year engineering academic project. Human face perception is currently an active research area in computer vision community. Locating and tracking human face is a prerequisite for face recognition and/or facial expression analysis; although it is often assumed that a normalized face in image is available. We present a technique for detecting and locating human face in color image with crowed scense.The FACE reorganization problem is to identify the presence of a human face in image. The problem has important application to automated security system; lip readers, indexing and retrieval of video image. There are two basic face detection techniques : content-based method and color-based method.
