Job Description:
HANDLING OF TOTAL PURCHASE AND QC ACTIVITIES DAILY FOR MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ITEMS

Study of client's technical specification/TDS/Drawing.
Float enquirers to suppliers if required during estimation work.
Review BOQ and datasheet.
Follow up with Engg for Billable & Non-Billable.
Follow up with suppliers for Quotation, TDS/GA Drg.
Scrutinize the Quotation received from supplier.
Prepare Commercial Comparative after getting quotations from suppliers.
Prepare Purchase Order & send to Engg. for approval.
Follows up with supplier for order acceptance.
Issues the PO amendments to the suppliers whenever needed.
Visit the supplier/vendor as and when required for negotiations.
Overall responsibility of active Material follow up for readiness for all non-billable and billable items.
Overall responsibility of collection of TC or JIR for all billable and non-billable items.
Sourcing of new vendors/new product in accordance with SCM HEAD.
To Involve in techno commercial discussion with suppliers/vendors as and When needed
Keep in constant touch with suppliers/vendors for material follow up and readiness.
Training and development of underline employee.
Review of ISO reports.

QUALIFICATION: Diploma Mechanical engineer with 4-5yrs of experience specially in purchase.
