    Ability to lead a 400+ Team successfully in achieving organizational delivery goals

    Job details
    Position objective To head the business operations for a reputed global customer at Hyderabad, India and responsible for meeting SLAs as committed to customer. Responsible for on-boarding of new areas in a well planned and effective manner. Guide the team in implementing best practices and gain efficiencies through continuous process improvements.
    Job Description Responsible for
    -- Overall delivery in the program for all business operations (current and new areas)
    -- Meeting contractual and other reporting requirements
    -- Meeting compliance requirements including Information security (ISO 27001), SOX and any other Quality system requirements defined in the organization
    -- Institutionalization of defined quality processes across the program
    -- Manage client relationships and expectations, both strategic and operational.
    -- Coordination with Onsite and Customer teams
    -- Identifying business risks and pro-actively work towards managing the risks
    -- Meeting revenue and profitability targets
    -- Providing direction, hiring, guiding and motivating teams to achieve desired results
