N O T I C E STATE BANK INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT
SBIICM, Hyderabad invites applications from Doctors (MBBS/MD) for rendering professional services including scrutinizing the medical bills submitted by its employees/guests, on CONTRACT basis for its Dispensary situated in the Institute’s premises. The general terms and conditions of the contract are as under :
1. Qualification : Degree from a Recognized University, Registration for Medical Practice and a few years of experience.
2. The services should be available to the Institute for 4 hours a day - Morning 2 hours – from 08.00 AM to 10.00 AM and Evening 2 hours – 6.00 PM to 8.00 PM- from Monday to Friday and Saturday - 08.00 AM to 10.00 AM and 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM of every week excluding Bank and Public Holidays for attending to medical needs of the participants/guests and bank employees at the Institute.
3. The fees for the contract on the basis of hours of attendance will be @ Rs.275/- per hour plus conveyance allowance of Rs.1600/- per month. No other charges whatsoever will be paid or reimbursed.
4. The contractual engagement shall not confer on the Doctor any right or preference to any job opportunity to work in the Bank and the Bank can at its discretion appoint full time/part time doctors(s) as and when necessary.
5. In case the Doctor is not able to attend on any day due to any reason, he should arrange for attendance of another qualified employees get medical aid in time. In case no arrangement is made, prorata fees will not be paid for the period of absence and alternate arrangement will be made by the Institute and the cost thereof will be recovered from the doctor.
6. The contract/arrangement will be for a period of 2 (two) years subject to review every year. The contract can be terminated by either side by giving one month’s notice.
7. Mere attending the interview shall not confer on the applicants any right for contract engagement and the entire selection process can be cancelled by the Institute at its discretion without assigning any reason.
