Qualification MBBS + MS(Ortho) or

Qualification MBBS + MD (Pediatrician) or
MBBS + DCH with 3 years experience

NAME OF THE POST : SCIENTIFIC OFFICER/C (MEDICAL)
Total Number of post : 01 (ONE) (SCHEDULED CASTE)
Category–V (GENERAL MEDICAL OFFICER)
Qualification M.B.B.S + One year experience is essential.

AGE LIMITS : Age will be reckoned as on 30.12.2011 Minimum age limit is 18 years.

HOW TO APPLY :
The application in the prescribed format as given below, preferably typewritten on thick foolscap paper (size 34 cms X 22 cms) should be submitted and outer cover should be superscribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF __________________________________ AGAINST THE ADVERTISEMENT NO.1/2011”. “Category No :_____________”.

Photograph : A recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the right hand top corner (space provided) of the application and also in the Admit Card.

Copies of Certificates : Candidates should submit along with their applications, attested copies of certificates (attested by a Gazetted Officer). Applications with Self Attestation, attested by Notary Public etc. shall be summarily rejected.

Fee : The application for the above posts should be accompanied by a nonrefundable crossed Demand Draft on any scheduled banks drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, GSO, Kalpakkam for `50/- (Rupees fifty only) payable at Kalpakkam. Women candidates, SC/ST candidates, disabled Defence personnel and dependents of Defence personnel killed in action and Exservicemen are exempted from paying the above fee.
