EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (as on 01.10.2011) :
POST CODE -1 Officer Middle Management (Scale-II)
A. Law Officer
i. Degree from a Recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. ii. Experience :-Two years as an Advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period not less than two years.
B. Treasury Manager
i. Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a Reputed Institute. ii. Experience :- One Year
C. Manager Personnel
i. MBA in HR or Master Degree in Social Work(Personnel Management & Labour Law). Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Law.
ii. Two Years Experience in Personnel Management.
POST CODE -2 Officer Junior Management (Scale-I)
(i) Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent.
(ii) Proficiency in local language i.e. Hindi.
(iii) Computer Knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.
POST CODE- 3 Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
(i) Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized university in any discipline; (ii) (a) Essential : Proficiency in local language i.e. Hindi. (b) Desirable : Knowledge of Computer skills.
