Project Engineer - Plumbing
» Job Description:
Will be assigned and responsible for execution of Service related activities including installation and commissioning of all electro mechanical equipment including plumbing. Would be required to prepare BOQs and verify the work orders to the concerned vendors/ contractors.
Prepare the site schedules and constantly monitor the work execution to ensure that the project timelines are being met as per schedules. Monitor the Contractor's activities and maintain a record of progress and check for any deviations against laid out plans and take necessary steps to rectify them and escalate when required. Need to maintain effective and efficient interaction with various agencies like contractors, consultants and architects to complete the project in time. Will need to maintain close coordination with the project team.
» Desired Profile :
Total experience of 6 to 8 years in Real Estate. Should be a good motivator and drive the team towards timely completion of activities.
» Educational Background :
Degree/ Diploma - Mechanical
