Job Description
Trouble shoot all queries both on Voice and E-mail support
Involves handling Inbound Calls
Answering the calls and resolving the technical queries.
Software and Hardware based Troubleshooting
Provide hardware and software training whenever required


Desired Candidate Profile
Should have excellent communication skills
Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and internet .
Basic PC Hardware knowledge and MCDST Certification desirable
Prior experience of Technical Support in a voice based BPO is mandatory.
