We are looking for a proven professional with B2B business development and sales experience to join our team to handle sales of our products and solutions within India and abroad.
Job Description
** Achieve the agreed sales target for the existing products and solutions in India and abroad
** Identify new applications and customers where Soliton’s vision competencies and experience will be strong differentiators
** Handle the complete sales cycle for a solution which involves
** Understanding the customer’s requirements
** Developing the top level design for the solution in collaboration with the engineering team
** Preparing the techno-commercial proposal
** Working with the engineering team to develop and demonstrate the Proof-of-Concept if necessary
** Negotiating and obtaining the contract
** Providing customer centric inputs for the product development cycle from concept to completion
** Staying engaged to ensure customer satisfaction
** Identify and develop the sales channels and system integration partners for our solutions
Desired Profile
** Industrial sales and business development experience of at least 3 years is preferred
** Engineering degree is required along with a strong capability to understand and present technical matters; MBA is a plus
** Track record should show evidence of having taken new initiatives and making notable contributions
** Exposure to machine vision, imaging, and image processing is a plus
Exposure to the Printing and Banking Industries is a plus
Job Location
Bangalore will be the base and the travel will be dictated by the opportunities
