01. HEAD – NRI BUSINESS Qualification : Post Graduates or Graduates with CAIIB / MBA. Age : Not exceeding 45 years. Experience and job requirements :
Should have 15 to 20 years of Branch Banking experience of which 3 to 5 years experience as Regional / Divisional Head / Head NRI Vertical, in Scale IV and above in a Public / Private Sector Bank, with track record of :
* Sourcing and Securing NRI Business
* Procuring high volume NRI database
* Liaisoning with exchange houses
* Possessing knowledge of NRI banking
* Having command over regulatory aspects
* Thorough knowledge of NRI hubs in India and abroad
* Possessing database on NRI organization in India & abroad
* Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
* Marketing of NRI products in India and abroad.
02. HEAD – WEALTH MANAGEMENT Qualification : Post Graduates or Graduates with CAIIB or MBA-Finance. Candidates with AIII or FIII Certifications with IRDA Licence, AMFI Certification, NCFM Certification, will be given preference. Age : Not exceeding 40 years. Experience and Job requirements :
Should have minimum 10 years of experience in Banking at present in Middle Management cadre or in a Financial services industry. Responsible for Wealth Management Services and Parabanking Initiatives and third party distribution like Life / Non- Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS & Other Financial Products through Bancassurance model across the country.
03. HEAD – MID / LARGE CORPORATE BRANCHES Qualification : Post Graduates or Graduates with CAIIB & MBA Age : Not exceeding 45 years. Experience and Job requirements :
Should have a minimum 10 years of experience in Banking at present in Middle Management grade. To head very large corporate Branch dealing in Mid Corporates & Large Corporates located at Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Chennai.
The above positions shall be in the rank of AGM/DGM.
Remuneration : Remuneration would not be a constraint for the right candidates. Age relaxable in deserving cases.
