Technical Recruitment Specialist - Customer Relationship Manager

We are startup with new ideas to solve the IT recruitment problems in identifying the right candidate for the open position. Be the first one to join in the exiting HR team. We are looking for Technical Recruitment Specialists - Customer Relationship Manager with 0 to 2 years of experience with Recruitment industry, customer service, telemarketing or sales. Person with extremely good communication skills, able to convince others and with fire in the belly is a must.

Responsibilities :
**Should present Recruitment Solutions to the clients. Familiarity with Microsoft power point is a plus.
**Should help the clients with the recruitment.
**Job would be to handle screening processes, interview candidates, service clients, make assessment according to the requirement of the vacant position(s).
**The selected candidate will be responsible for end to end IT Recruitment across various IT skills and will have the opportunity to work for the topmost MNCs.
**Sourcing & Shortlististing resumes
**Client Management
**Candidate Management
**Maintaining database.

Requirements :
Must Skills :
**Excellent spoken and written communication skills and presentation skills
**Very Good hands on exposure in Recruitment of Technical, and IT professionals
**Familiarity with sourcing Strategies such as Naukri, Jobsahead,Monster,Dice and other Job Portals,
**Very good sourcing skills using Networking , Headhunting and direct Market search strategies.
**Creating effective and targetted sourcing strategies.
**Sourcing & Planning and active involvement in recruiting within responsibility area .
**Smart, technology savvy personnel.
**Work on building the database of technical resources
**Responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements
**Should be aggressive and posses good people's skills
**Should be able to convince
**Good organization & co-ordination skills
