Essential Qualification :
Post No. 1
1. Post Graduation in Veterinary Science with specialization in meat or Poultry science.
2. At least 7 years experience in meat industry
For Post No.2
B.Tech in Food Technology/ Food Science & Nutrition Chemistry/B.V.Sc . with 3 years of hands
on experience in NABL accredited Laboratory.
For Post No.3
M.Sc. in Microbiology M.V.Sc . in Veterinary Microbiology
For Post No. 4
M.Sc .Food Science/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/ Biotechnology as fresh or B.Sc., Food Science/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Biotechnology with 2 years experience in food analysis.
