Requirements :
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2+ years of hands-on development experience in Java.
Thorough knowledge of core Java libraries, design patterns, JSP, servlets and Struts and Databases (we use MySQL).
Bonus points for having experience with Struts, Spring, Hibernate or similar frameworks.
Bonus points for having an understanding of Javascript, along with experience using a JS framework (we use JQuery)
Familiarity with good engineering practicies like revision control systems (we use SVN), bug tracking systems (we use Trac), code reviews, agile software development, build processes, code profiling and debugging.
Excellent thinking, problem-solving, analytical, written and oral and communication skills.
You have a positive attitude, high intellectual curiosity, and a desire to contribute to the team beyond your current role.
Should believe in team work from the bottom of the heart and enjoy working in a team of highly skilled engineers.
