Job Description
Customer facing role in charge of managing our Indirect Procurement BPO Service. Responsible for customer retention and satisfaction. Should achieve constant increases in customersâ use of our services (category and/or functionality). Must help clients attain their indirect procurement objectives. Candidate should have a proven track experience with procurement BPO Service Delivery and a solid knowledge of procurement analytics for continuous cost reduction strategy. Demonstrated experience on a process oriented environment preferably with Six Sigma methodologies/ Delivery Toolkits. Oracle Applications Knowledge on I-Procurement / Purchasing / Payables knowledge is an Advantage.
