Job Description :
Your primary responsibilities will be to effectively manage and oversee the tasks in the transcription department where the medical transcription, proofing and quality assurance tasks take place. Activities include scheduling staff, shift and production planning, process and quality compliance etc.
To create and coordinate all reporting for the production floor and other department personnel, to ensure all QA/QC and policies and procedures are followed.
To review monthly, weekly and per hour production numbers
Budget, monitor and control departmental costs and communicate with all internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualified candidates MUST HAVE a Bachelors or Masters in Engineering from a premier institution with at least 7 - 10 years experience managing the operations of a 50 - 100 production floor, demonstrated experience in a managerial role and superior analytical skills.

Key Attributes :
Candidates with prior BPO experience are preferred but candidates with superior skills from other industries possessing similar experience and skills are welcome to apply.
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
