Designation : Sr. Patent Analyst - Team Lead

Education :
• M.Sc. (Chemistry / Organic Chemistry)

#Desired Skills :
• Efficient searching of patent and non-patent literature information in the field of Chemistry through use of online databases.
• Patent Analysis and landscaping to meet the highest standard in the industry.
• Leading a team of 5 to 10 people
• Expertise in working on patent databases STN, Micropatent, Delphion, PATBASE, USPTO, WIPO, EPO (Knowledge of Dialog is an added advantage)
• Conduct STN searches for Chemical compounds (includes structure based searches)
• Precise understanding of client requests
• Providing quotes to clients for various search requirements such as Patentability, Validity, Freedom to operate, patent watch Searches, file histories, articles and Patent analysis.
• Chemistry as the primary technical domain (Handling Technical domains other than Chemistry such as mechanical, Electronics would be an added advantage)
• Client communication (both oral and written)
• Guiding the team on searches
• Review of search results/report of the team before they are delivered to client
• Able to help the US sales team in technical understanding of a project

#Experience :
• Minimum 3 years of Experience in patent search and Analysis and client communication
• Should be ready to work at night shift
