** Experience in selling UPS/Batteries & AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
** Explore the business forecast from time to time and generate the leads to enhance the sales.
** Motivating the sales staff/ channel partners for achieving target as per the forecast/ market demand.
** To work for the product promotion/ brand enhancement/visibility promotion and new products launch as per the guidelines of the Corporate Sales /Marketing.
** To keep informed the R&D from time to time for potential/feasible market base/customer expectations/ customer complaints and suggestions for up-grading the product quality / new product developments.
** To ensure the minimum levels of inventory, conduct periodic stock audits, stock reconciliations, to ensure repairs/ service of the defective stock to the maximum extent and disposal of the scrap periodically.
** Responsible for achieving targets in the assigned territory.
** Responsible for coaching/mentoring and training the sales force.
** Responsible for monitoring & measuring the performance of sales force.
** Responsible for preparation of business proposals/strategies/budgets and presentations.
** Responsible for preparation of various sales and MIS reports to be presented to the management on timely basis.
** Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship with the customers and shall ensure customer satisfaction.
