JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Making cold calls for Sales & Marketing of Facility Management Services
** Sending mailers & follow up for appointments
** Making survey and collecting data of the companies area wise.
** To identify prospective clients & to generate leads.
** Lead nurturing to opportunity qualification.
** To manage esteemed clients relations.
** To negotiate with the prospective clients.
** To manage sales process till finalization.
** To maintain existing esteemed clients key accounts & develop new clients
** Knowledge of basic computer fundamentals, Microsoft Office and Win XP, Net Surfing will be added advantage.

Candidate Profile :
** Graduates / HSC with fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi (Read, Write & Speak)
** Outgoing personality, Go getter, ability to learn fast & result oriented.
** Two wheeler must and aware about Pune City & Suburb areas
** Priority to experienced candidates from Facility Management Service Industry with one or more yrs exp but not compulsory even Fresher can apply
