Coke Consumption in B/F Iron making process.
- Monitoring & Maintaining of plant equipment by regular calibration
PULVERIZED COAL INJECTION SYSTEM :
- PCI system is included in BF operation to replace coke.
- PCI system is having COAL MILL pulverizing capacity of 334 mt/ day.
- Operation of COAL MILL is stabilized and grain size below -75µ of coal dust is achieved >80 % consistently. Anthracite coal is using for PCI.
