Key Responsibilities :
1. Monitoring of Land purchased at site i.e. registry of land, Mutation , conversion.
2. insuring paperwork to be completed for Application filing to government for Land allotment i.e. Application for Section-4, Govt. Land allotment, Forest Land application.
3. Preparation Title search Report for Converted land with help of advocate.
4. Monitoring of Various Compliances/ Milestones for Coal Linkage, Water allocation, Environment Clearances.
5. Day to Day coordination with Site team and HO.
6. Coordination with Liasioning Team at Delhi, Raipur & Jangjir.
7. Communication with Ministry of Coal, CEA, Ministry of Power & MOEF.
8. Coordination with CSR Team.
9. MIS reporting to Management as required.
10. Management of Public Hearing.
11. Preparation presentation for Management.

other Details :
Travelling : Will involve travelling 50% of the time to sites.
Qualification and Experience : 3-4 yrs of exp in land and non-technical coordination for large projects, non-engg, preferably BBA/MBA in mktg from reputed institute.
