Operations & Maintenance (CEIL-004)
The candidates should be a Diploma/graduate in Electrical/ Mechanical /Electronics Engineer with 2-10yrs of experience in O&M procedures for a wind farm. They should be well-versed with statutory requirements for installation and operations of a wind farm and QA norms for wind turbines.
Projects (CEIL-001)
The candidates should be a graduate in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical engineering, with 10-20 yrs of experience, of which last 4-5 yrs should be in Wind Energy Industry. They should be thoroughly conversant with site development, EHV, sub-station and transmission lines, installation, testing & commissioning of wind turbines. They should have hands-on experience in liaisoning with government authorities and be aware of statutory approvals / requirements to set-up a wind farms. They should have proven experience in monitoring analyzing and optimizing performance of wind farms.
Wind Resource (CEIL-003)
The candidates should be a graduate in Electrical/Mech Engineer with 4-10 yrs of experience in wind industry. They should be able to identify commercially potential virgin sites for development, select and install the wind mast and analyze the wind data thru WAsP / Wind Farmer / WindPro or equivalent software and freeze micrositing maps. The candidates should be able to assess suitability of various turbine models for sites, participate in selection of turbine models, and conduct Power Curve Guarantee tests.

PROJECT DETAILS
Project Title : Fluidity test for different alloys.
Team Strength : 3
Project duration : 6 months.
Description : The fluidity of an alloy plays a key role for the foundry and transport industries as it affects the quality and soundness of the products. Particularly, fluidity influences the rejects rates, hence casting costs and the production of thin walled, hence light components. Fluidity is a complex technological property and depends on many parameters. However, many aspects of this gap in knowledge. The study has aimed at understanding the influence of various parameters on the fluidity of Zink aluminium foundry alloys.
The effect of casting temperature, melt superheat, on the fluidity of a ZA alloys was systematically investigated. The fluidity length without copper and with addition of copper was measured. The effect of minor alloying elements (Cu and Mg) on the fluidity of Zn-Al alloys was investigated.

Project Name : Radio Frequency Control of Electrical Equipments
Project Overview :RF is the ultimate industrial remote control with 8 different channels and a very high range of more than 1 Km. let us see the main features of this remote control system. Basically HT12E encoder and HT12D decoder are used to transmit and receive 12 different codes. These codes are transmitted via FM transmitter and received by FM receiver. Received codes will be decoded and given to 89C51 and it will perform the particular task.
The complete project is divided in two parts
(1) transmitter part
(2) receiver part
Transmitter part generates different encoded codes and transmits it via FM transmitter over 315 MHz channel. With suitable antenna like wheep, loop or for the highest range yagi-uda one can easily transmit signal to 1000 mts.
Receiver part does so many functions. It Receives and demodulates the FM signal, then it decodes the codes and then performs the particular task. The most advantageous thing is that it has programmable microcontroller so one can easily update/modify its functionality depending upon his requirements
