Objective :
KALS Information Systems Ltd is currently recruiting Fresh MCA graduates passed out in 2011, for the position of Software Trainees.Software Trainees will undergo extensive Training in multiple technologies over a period of 2 to 3 months with a possibility of performing different roles across various SDLC phases in our live projects.
Target positions for this quarter : 12

Pre-requisites :
Technical :
Knowledge of atleast one programming language/environment (C++ / Java / .NET / SQL)
Must possess excellent aptitude & problem solving skills
Must possess good analytical abilities
Must be strong in basics/fundamentals in concepts such as Object Orientation, Data modelling, Web-architecture etc.
Experience of developing final semester project using one of the above technologies, is an added advantage.

General :
Must be an MCA / MSc (Computer science graduate) passed out in 2011 or BE passed out in 2010, with a consistent academic record (Preferably more than 70%)
Must have good communication
Must have good attitude
Must be willing to adapt to new environments
Must be willing to travel abroad for Development / Implementation / Support
