Job Description
Responsible for assisting with specific functions of the Investor Relations team, including the preparation of monthly and quarterly corporate earnings analysis of Invesco and peers, as well as ad hoc reporting of corporate financial data in support of the company CEO and CFO.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyst to support investor relations and corporate analytics functions. Requires someone with both good analytical skills and good English skills (both written and spoken).
- Assist with quarterly earnings presentation, investor relations competitive analysis, ad hoc industry, market and competitive analysis, provide written summaries of analyst reports.
- Most of the work is either seen by the public, senior management, and/or the board of directors so quality is important.
- Busiest times can be seasonal - flexibility to work extra hours around earnings season such as on each quarterly earnings release.
- Projects are often time sensitive and will require timely completion.
- Coordination with the Atlanta copier center for material assembly, production and distribution.
- This person will need broad web access in conducting competitive, market, and industry research.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS in finance or business - Master- s degree a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in the investment management or financial services industry.
- Chartered Accountant or progress towards the CA is a plus, but not required
- CFA or progress towards the CFA is a plus, but not required
- Strong quantitative skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Work hours: have some overlap with the US eastern time zone, coverage hours to be consistent with part of the US business day
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, but also including presentation development with PowerPoint and graphing data
- Technical skills knowledge of Bloomberg, familiarity with Reuters Knowledge helpful but not required. Strong internet search skills for data gathering
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particular both spoken and written English skills. Communication skills will be paramount to the success of this position
